Social Media and Content Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Craft captivating and brand-aligned copy for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and email communications.

• Transform technical and industry-related subjects into accessible and engaging content tailored for homeowners, residents, and investors.

• Produce monthly newsletters and drip campaign materials featuring compelling subject lines.

• Create social media graphics, carousels, and reel covers in Canva, utilizing our brand guidelines.

• Develop custom YouTube thumbnails and in-video graphics, including titles, lower-thirds, and callouts.

• Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form clips (Reels/Shorts) by assembling footage, managing pacing, and adding captions.

• Oversee the weekly content calendar and create posts/carousels accordingly.

• Conduct research on trending topics related to property management, real estate, and homeownership.

• Engage with comments and actively connect with local and partner accounts to enhance our reach.

• Compose and design weekly Google Business Profile posts and graphics for each of our four markets.

• Manage GBP listings and upload new photos on a weekly basis.

• Enhance local search visibility by employing market-specific keywords.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Strong understanding of social media marketing, YouTube, and community engagement strategies.

• Experience in newsletter and email campaign development.

• Proficiency in Canva (for thumbnails and in-video graphics); video editing skills are a plus.

• Preferred: background in property management, real estate, or service industries; knowledge of local SEO.

• Ability to work independently and meet recurring deadlines comfortably.
