Social Media and Community Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and upkeep of seasonal and monthly content calendars.

• Schedule posts, reels, and stories across various social media platforms.

• Aid in the creation of captions, graphics, and other visual content.

• Repurpose user-generated content (UGC) for ongoing marketing campaigns.

• Monitor social media trends, viral content formats, and updates from platforms.

• Respond to direct messages and comments promptly and in alignment with the brand's voice.

• Engage with followers to cultivate an active and engaged online community.

• Assist with social media giveaways, collaborations, and campaign activations.

• Escalate customer concerns or feedback to the relevant internal teams as necessary.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance.

• Identify high-performing content and engagement trends.

• Support testing initiatives across various content formats, reposting strategies, and engagement tactics.

• Share insights, trends, and potential opportunities with the Social & Community Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.

• Strong written communication skills and proficiency in caption writing.

• Understanding of social media trends and best practices for content.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in using Canva, scheduling platforms, Google Sheets, and Notion.

• Basic knowledge of short-form video editing is an advantage.
