Social Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit and upload weekly 1-hour music mixes to the primary YouTube channel using original material

• Create and share 2–3 reels daily on the main channel using both original and sourced/reposted content

• Oversee 2 additional channels: generate and post 6 reels each day utilizing reposted and sourced content

• Produce one high-quality, visually refined video essay edit each month

• Cut video essays into short-form content suitable for YouTube Shorts and reels

• Upload one video essay per week, translated into multiple languages, to the YouTube channel

• Share 2 reels daily of clipped original content to the channel

• Generate and publish content to editorial burner accounts on Instagram and X using provided templates and brand guidelines

• Maintain a consistent output of 6 posts daily across 3 accounts focusing on news in tech, pop culture, and music

• Independently manage scheduling, posting, and channel operations across all assigned platforms

• Source and curate repostable content that aligns with each brand’s voice and target audience

• Ensure consistent output quality and posting frequency without client-side supervision

• Perform additional content and channel tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, video editing, or digital channel management

• Demonstrated ability to handle high daily content volumes across multiple accounts and platforms concurrently

• Strong video editing skills with a portfolio showcasing visually appealing, platform-native output

• Proficiency in short-form video platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X

• Familiarity with content scheduling tools and channel management

• Highly self-motivated: capable of executing tasks from brief to publish with minimal oversight

• Excellent written English skills for captions, post copy, and content curation

• Comfortable navigating multiple brand identities and content voices simultaneously

• Experience with multi-language content posting or dubbing workflows is advantageous

• Interest in the music industry or cultural fluency in music, tech, and pop culture is strongly preferred

• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, multi-venture environment
