This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ You are the orchestrator.
β’ Your daily responsibilities involve directing a team of creators, affiliates, and videographers, transforming their outputs into a cohesive and engaging narrative for Apollo β with tailored strategies for each of our three platforms, rather than a single, replicated approach.
β’ You exchange products and access for content, manage contributors on a large scale, and implement a systematic test-and-learn methodology that reveals what truly works, by platform, format, and angle.
β’ You possess the skill to identify quality content and guide its direction.
β’ However, the focus is on constructing the engine, not operating the machinery.
β’ Develop a unique social strategy for each channel β YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram β with specific, tailored plans for each, aligned with product launches, campaigns, and paid media initiatives.
β’ Enhance our YouTube presence and expand our affiliate creator network β our most significant untapped resource.
β’ Establish strong marketing foundations and major initiatives that generate sustained momentum β moving us away from monthly uncertainties towards a repeatable system that highlights Apollo's unique product and narrative.
β’ Implement a structured creative testing framework: hypotheses, variations, outcomes, and iterations β rather than sporadic posts.
β’ Provide monthly KPIs and reports β delivering clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
β’ You have independently managed a channel or social strategy and can demonstrate the results you achieved without external direction.
β’ You think in systems β establishing repeatable processes and methodical creative tests, rather than chasing trends with isolated posts.
β’ You are adept at utilizing AI in practice: automating creator outreach, generating and testing creative variations, editing more efficiently, and leveraging AI for reporting as a standard practice, not just a novelty (including tools like Higgsfield).
β’ You possess in-depth knowledge of YouTube β both long-form and short-form content β and are familiar with what works on Shorts, Reels, and TikTok, along with the reasoning behind it.
β’ You are relentless in sourcing and onboarding creators; cold outreach does not intimidate you.
β’ You are self-motivated and organized enough to manage multiple creator workflows without oversight.
β’ You are capable of shooting and editing when necessary and can articulate why a piece of content is effective β though you prefer to design the system rather than be part of it.
