This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define and take ownership of the enterprise strategy and vision for the upstream content ecosystem (MLR, DAM, CAT, and integrations).
• Ensure that platforms collectively facilitate modular content reuse and scalability.
• Manage the commercial roadmap for ongoing enhancements.
• Establish and uphold enterprise governance frameworks across all platforms.
• Maintain accountability for the overall performance of the platforms within the ecosystem from a business perspective.
• Act as the primary business stakeholder representing content operations requirements and priorities.
• Lead and cultivate a team of business process owners and/or operational specialists.
• Ensure that platforms are aligned with enterprise metadata and taxonomy frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• An advanced degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
• Over 10 years of experience in content operations, business processes, or digital content ecosystems.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and enterprise platforms.
• Extensive experience with DAM, MLR, and/or content lifecycle platforms (e.g., Veeva, Aprimo).
• Strong background in regulated environments (pharmaceutical preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience in driving cross-functional alignment within complex, global organizations.
• Strong collaboration with IT platform owners.
• Strategic leadership with substantial business and digital acumen.
• An enterprise product mindset and a focus on value-driven decision making.
• Skills in engaging and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of content lifecycle, governance, and compliance.
• Data-driven and analytical approach to performance management.
• Ability to navigate through complexity and lead organizational change.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%).
• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English is required.
