Social & Community Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the growth of the YouTube channel (primary channel).

• Produce both long-form and short-form video content.

• Make on-camera appearances.

• Create educational, use-case, and community-centric formats.

• Generate topics and ideas by identifying industry trends, high-value subjects, and ongoing market challenges.

• Keep track of platforms like YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and niche communities.

• Repurpose and distribute content by adapting it into posts, threads, comments, and short-form formats.

• Actively share content across different platforms and engage in community discussions.

• Foster community engagement by participating in conversations on Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant forums.

• Respond to inquiries, provide insights, and sustain dialogues.

• Ensure content quality and consistency by reviewing and refining all material before publication—both yours and that of others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in B2B SaaS.

• Familiarity with affiliate and performance marketing.

• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.

• Demonstrated capability to create, edit, and modify content for diverse audiences.

• Comfortable with video production and being on camera.

• Preferred: Experience in YouTube content creation.

• Active participation in communities such as Reddit, Slack, and Discord.

• Understanding of SEO, LLM, and content visibility.

• Experience with AI content tools.
