This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and establish the Security Operations Center (SOC) architecture for both IT and OT environments within energy generation, transmission, and distribution assets.

• Create and uphold a security monitoring strategy that spans enterprise, cloud, and industrial control systems.

• Design and enhance security log management, telemetry collection, and data integration from both enterprise and industrial settings.

• Outline SOC architecture roadmaps, technology standards, and reference architectures that support digital transformation efforts.

• Spearhead evaluations of security tools, conduct proof-of-concepts, and manage vendor selection processes.

• Generate architecture documentation, security standards, implementation guidelines, and reports for executive-level stakeholders.

• Assist cyber resilience efforts by merging incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, such as NIS2 and IEC 62443.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) architecture and security engineering.

• Experience in industrial automation (PLC, SAS, OT General).

• In-depth understanding of IT and OT cybersecurity.

• Demonstrated experience in defining and delivering complex SoC or ASIC architectures from inception to production.

• Practical experience with IEC 62443.

• Capability to convert business and operational requirements into scalable security architectures and technical solutions.

• Knowledge of protocol analysis and system hardening.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical strategy across teams.

• Proficient in English.
