This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform stakeholder analyses to determine who is impacted by changes, their needs, and who influences adoption.
• Execute impact analyses that involve changes to workflows, roles, processes, and systems.
• Create implementation plans that outline the sequencing, readiness activities, and necessary actions before, during, and after a change.
• Identify risks associated with change activities and communicate them to program leadership.
• Develop change and communication materials, including readiness assessments, communication plans, roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to garner support for the change and manage any resistance.
• Monitor adoption and readiness, providing progress updates to the program and the customer.
• Coordinate with training, communications, and informatics teams to ensure change activities align with delivery timelines.
• Contribute change management content to program reports and deliverables.
• A Master's degree.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives within large or complex organizations.
• Proficiency in conducting stakeholder analyses, impact analyses, and implementation planning.
• Experience in identifying and reporting risks related to organizational changes.
• Skilled in briefing and collaborating with senior leaders.
• Capability to obtain and maintain the necessary VA background investigation.
• Desired: Prosci certification or an equivalent change management certification.
• Desired: Experience supporting the VA, VHA, DoD, or other federal health programs.
• Desired: Experience with change management in a unionized environment.
• Desired: Experience in electronic health record rollout or improvement initiatives.
• Desired: Experience in a SAFe or other Agile delivery environment.
• Desired: Familiarity with government contract deliverables and reporting.
