Smart Contract Security Engineer, Security Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Conduct an analysis of newly identified vulnerabilities in smart contracts and summarize the underlying causes of exploits to facilitate early detection in the future.

• Carry out security audits on smart contracts and blockchains, producing comprehensive and high-quality audit reports.

• Create automated tools for scanning and monitoring smart contracts and blockchains.

• Use scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities in online contracts and promptly provide risk alerts.

• Perform post-mortem analyses on various hacking incidents, investigating the causes, methodologies, and basic fund tracing.

• Actively identify on-chain risks, monitor and model emerging trends in on-chain attack vectors, and possess a robust understanding of on-chain security risks, including fraud and phishing.

• Exhibit a deep understanding of EVM-compatible blockchains and layer 2 solutions, as well as familiarity with DeFi design patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Skilled in Smart Contract programming languages, including Solidity, among others.

• Basic knowledge of common Smart Contract security vulnerabilities.

• Fundamental understanding of blockchain and smart contract principles, experienced in reading Blockchain explorers. Knowledgeable about various types of hacks on smart contracts and their typical attack vectors.

• Familiar with different types of scams, such as Wallet Drainers, in the space and possess the ability to identify them.

• Acquainted with smart contract development testing, transaction analysis, and other relevant tools.

• Experienced in utilizing VSCode, Git, or other version control software.

• Proficient in Python or another object-oriented programming language.

• Basic knowledge of code analysis and program debugging.
