This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Handle incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Oversee and respond to all customer requests, delivering thorough information about our products and services.
• Provide top-notch support by managing payment processing tasks, creating payment plans, and resolving account-related issues to improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain outstanding customer service standards through clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ensure customer accounts are kept up-to-date with precise information.
• Previous call center experience is advantageous, but we appreciate candidates with a solid background in dynamic customer service settings.
• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities, with a demonstrated record of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
• Proven capacity to excel in a high-volume environment by showcasing adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
• Comfortable with new technologies and capable of thriving in a remote work setting.
