Site Payments Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret global clinical payment documents, such as Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs), budgets, amendments, and Budget Modification Letters.

• Extract payment data for budget configuration templates, including amounts, caps, limits, and necessary backup requirements.

• Ensure proper setup of sites for payment processing in the Investigator Payment System (IPS).

• Differentiate between data-driven and manual payment line items and configure them accordingly.

• Raise any unclear payment information to contract negotiators to facilitate prompt resolution.

• Follow up with sites regarding the completion, correction, or modification of payee forms.

• Collaborate and maintain communication with business partners.

• Ensure compliance with client processes.

• Work alongside the Investigator Payments Lead to monitor missing and incomplete documents.

• Document all issues and their resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant extended experience in the industry.

• A minimum of 0 years’ experience in a related field.

• A business or technical degree is preferred, along with foundational knowledge of clinical trials.

• Proficiency in legal, medical, and scientific terminology.

• Must be fluent in English.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

• Previous experience in project management is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to contracts, budgets, and management.

• Understanding of budget and payment setup configurations.
