Site Payment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Formulates a payment strategy tailored to specific studies in collaboration with Site Payment leadership and payment vendors.

• Collaborates with payment vendors and internal teams to ensure payment configurations are finalized upon site activation.

• Confirms that contracts, budgets, and participant travel & reimbursement requirements are accurately entered into the site payment system.

• Reviews and authorizes site and patient payments and reimbursements while escalating any issues to Site Payment leadership.

• Guarantees that payments to clinical trial sites, investigators, and patients are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Conducts periodic quality checks and reconciliation reviews of data.

• Serves as a primary contact for investigational sites and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of clinical trial budgets.

• B.S. or advanced degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Hiring Manager) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Capable of applying logic and critical thinking to intricate scenarios and suggesting solutions to key stakeholders.

• Proactive and effective communicator; adept at managing email correspondence efficiently.

• Customer-service focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in handling large volumes of data.

• Detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies in data proactively.
