This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.
• Perform site evaluations to establish project scope, deliverables, constraints, and success criteria in accordance with the statement of work.
• Convert customer needs into organized project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Facilitate project initiation and planning meetings with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and execution strategy.
• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to guarantee adherence to the project schedule and execution goals.
• Manage competing priorities and modify plans as necessary to uphold project timelines.
• Take ownership of the full execution of implementation projects, ensuring delivery against established scope, timelines, and performance standards.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Monitor project execution and address issues to guarantee successful implementation and service launch.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, and formulate mitigation strategies to secure successful delivery.
• Proactively evaluate risks associated with timelines, stakeholder alignment, and site conditions, driving resolution of issues that affect project progress.
• Coordinate and allocate both internal and external resources to achieve project deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to outline project scope, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Monitor project progress against established milestones and deliverables, ensuring compliance with timelines and scope.
• Provide regular status updates, highlighting risks, progress, and critical decisions.
• Supervise the execution of inventory setup and laboratory implementation tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience in laboratory operations, inventory management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• More than 4 years of experience in laboratory operations, inventory management, scientific services, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
• Valid driver’s license and capability to transport implementation materials as required.
• Experience in research, pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, or industrial laboratory settings.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, barcode technologies, and laboratory consumables.
• Understanding of laboratory safety regulations and PPE requirements.
