This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee enterprise customer implementations from the initial project phase to go-live and hypercare stage.
• Act as the main implementation owner and the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects.
• Organize requirements gathering sessions and convert business goals into implementation strategies and delivery timelines.
• Create project timelines, implementation roadmaps, risk management plans, and customer communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure effective project execution.
• Support solution scoping, implementation planning, and the development of Statements of Work (SOW) for both new and existing customers.
• Coordinate testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), transaction validation, defect management, and readiness reviews for deployment.
• Lead planning for go-live, execution of deployments, and hypercare activities to guarantee successful adoption by customers.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
• Facilitate communications with executives and stakeholders, delivering regular status updates, implementation metrics, and risk assessments.
• Advise customers on best practices for implementation, change management considerations, and operational readiness activities.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Exostar’s implementation methodology, delivery framework, templates, and playbooks.
• Collaborate across Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, identify process improvements, and influence future platform enhancements.
• Mentor team members by sharing best practices in implementation, customer engagement strategies, and delivery expertise.
• Ensure adherence to Exostar’s security standards and customer-specific regulatory requirements throughout all implementation phases.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent from abroad) in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in leading enterprise software implementations, customer delivery programs, or professional services engagements.
• 6+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience guiding implementations from requirements gathering to production deployment and post-launch support.
• Preferably experienced in SaaS, enterprise software, supply chain, procurement, or digital transformation environments.
• Experience supporting clients in regulated sectors such as Aerospace & Defense, life sciences, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong background in leading enterprise SaaS implementations or customer delivery initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer projects involving multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into implementation plans and customer deliverables.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in coordinating testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Ability to manage executive-level customer relationships and foster alignment across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience serving as the primary owner for customer-focused implementation engagements.
