Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assess, create, negotiate, and monitor various legal contracts

• Collaborate with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure that deliverables meet established timelines

• Oversee site contract metrics and support the execution of contracts

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Turkish and English

• Bachelor’s degree, with graduate or postgraduate education preferred

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field

• Background in Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) or clinical site operations

• Relevant expertise in drafting Clinical Trial Agreements for sites

• Extensive experience in negotiating site contracts and budgets in compliance with Turkish law
