Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, draft, negotiate, and monitor a range of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations study team, playing a crucial role in ensuring that deliverables are consistent with established study timelines.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements such as master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Partner with supervisors and diverse internal/external stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in the upkeep of contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Aid in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify areas for process improvement and take corrective measures as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, or a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.

• Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

• Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Knowledgeable in establishing Contracting Plans, including guides for CTA and Budget negotiations.

• Successful management of relationships with study teams and/or CRAs/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCA to meet study timelines.
