Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and a range of internal and external stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members updated on the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Aid in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the prompt execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, or a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare field.

• Relevant background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
