This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the implementation of CollegeSpring's initiatives within a designated group of partner districts and schools.
• Create detailed implementation strategies and manage the launch of programs.
• Act as the main implementation consultant for partner leaders and educators.
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with district leaders, administrators, counselors, and teachers.
• Track partner progress, mitigate risks, enhance retention, and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Facilitate cross-functional support to ensure partner success.
• Develop and provide professional learning, instructional coaching, and implementation assistance.
• Conduct classroom observations and utilize implementation data and student performance trends to enhance educator effectiveness.
• Assess the quality of implementation, educator engagement, partner feedback, and student results.
• Represent CollegeSpring in meetings with prospective partners, program demonstrations, conferences, and other external engagements.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships, Product, Operations, Data & Insights, and Advancement teams.
• Utilize technology, artificial intelligence, implementation insights, and partner feedback to enhance program quality and operational efficiency.
• Must reside in Florida and possess knowledge of the local educational landscape.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in K–12 education, instructional coaching, professional learning, program implementation, and/or related fields.
• Experience in classroom teaching or counseling along with supporting educators.
• A commitment to utilizing technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging innovations.
• Instructional expertise as a classroom teacher, counselor, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, or professional learning leader.
• Strong grasp of effective pedagogy and building educator capacity.
• Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships within school systems.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in designing and delivering professional learning experiences.
• Experience leading both virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Ability to convert data and implementation challenges into actionable solutions.
• Proven ability to utilize student, educator, and implementation data to inform instructional decisions and enhance student outcomes.
• Strong project and implementation management skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple partner engagements and competing priorities effectively.
• Deep commitment to promoting educational equity.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
• Preferred: Familiarity with digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), or educational technology.
• Preferred: Experience with college and career readiness programs and assessments such as SAT, ACT, TSIA2, or ACCUPLACER.
• Preferred: Experience working in large urban school districts, education nonprofits, or edtech organizations.
• Must be capable of standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, carry, or transport materials/equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
