
Site Activation Lead – Deployment Coordinator, Federal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and coordination of site activation for enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
• Create and uphold schedules for site implementation, deployment plans, readiness checklists, and milestone trackers.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, healthcare facilities, technical teams, and third-party partners to coordinate implementation activities.
• Track infrastructure, network connectivity, hardware, software, training, and operational dependencies to monitor site readiness.
• Lead deployment planning meetings, conduct implementation reviews, and assess go-live readiness.
• Manage production deployment tasks and offer implementation support during activation events.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to deployment, working with project leadership to devise mitigation strategies.
• Work in partnership with teams in Organizational Change Management, Training, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Release Management to ensure effective implementation.
• Generate executive status reports, implementation dashboards, and customer briefing materials to support deployment governance.
• Document lessons learned and propose continuous improvements to enhance future deployment and site activation efforts.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in supporting enterprise technology deployments, implementation projects, or healthcare modernization initiatives.
• Proven experience in coordinating multi-site implementations within intricate IT environments.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in managing implementation schedules, deployment planning, and operational readiness activities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• PMP, CAPM, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience working with VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
