Short Term Insurance Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Managing and processing STI claims from registration to settlement across commercial lines.

• Handling underwriting and portfolio tasks including new business, renewals, endorsements, risk assessment, and premium adjustments.

• Engaging with clients and brokers through professional communication, prioritizing relationship-building.

• Ensuring compliance and administration with accurate record-keeping, regulatory adherence, invoicing, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Matric is essential.

• A degree or diploma is advantageous.

• FAIS compliance is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in short-term insurance, focusing on claims, underwriting, or both.

• A confident communicator with strong written and spoken English skills.

• Must be comfortable working during UK or Australian business hours.

• A reliable fibre internet connection at home with a minimum speed of 50/50 Mbps.

• Must be a South African citizen currently residing in South Africa.
