This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a point of contact, networker, and conflict manager for your assigned consulting centers in the South region, specifically in Mainz/Mannheim.

• You motivate and assist employees in the regional consulting centers based on a tailored consulting and support concept.

• Leveraging your expertise, you support advisors in digital or telephone customer conversations on-site, providing coaching directly at the Point-of-Sales.

• To enhance the skills of the advisors, you conduct specialized and sales training in telephone and digital retirement and insurance consulting.

• In your role, you continuously develop new sales and consulting approaches aimed at targeted customer engagement.

• You are an innovator and a driving force behind the advancement of the remote strategy.

• A passion for advancing digital retirement consulting and supporting advisors on-site.

• Extensive knowledge in the field of qualified life insurance.

• Several years of experience in retirement and insurance consulting, preferably within the banking distribution of an insurance company.

• Strong sales and marketing competence, along with a high level of training and coaching expertise.

• IT affinity and proficiency in using common sales systems.

• Excellent communication skills, a charismatic and confident presence, and a strong ability to persuade.

• Fluent in German.
