Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production requirements and revolve around existing AI characters (our proprietary IPs).

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content, incorporating stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual consistency throughout.

• Oversee and manage the complete AI video production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Leverage tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and uphold consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives utilizing advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to produce cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows while sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead’s creative vision while retaining a high level of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, accompanied by a robust portfolio (experience with AI-driven video work is essential).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging technologies).

• Strong understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Deep knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency throughout sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High sense of ownership — capable of independently taking ideas from concept to completion.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving tools.

• Rapid iteration skills — able to test, fail, refine, and enhance quickly.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated — continuously exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.
