This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive software quality assurance program for both organizational and client/customer software products and services.
• Verify that testing and documentation practices align with industry standards and fulfill specific customer requirements.
• Conduct tests on highly intricate software applications and user interface tools.
• Modify software to resolve complex issues or enhance its effectiveness, or escalate problems to the software development team.
• Detect inconsistencies between software performance and technical documentation.
• Suggest strategies to elevate the quality and functionality of software products/services.
• Establish and apply software quality testing and measurement techniques that comply with organizational and client/customer guidelines.
• Design and oversee client/customer user testing during the pre-production phase.
• Create, configure, and sustain SharePoint sites, workflows, libraries, permissions, and collaborative tools to support program execution and document management.
• Enhance information accessibility, version control, routing, and teamwork through customized SharePoint solutions.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or over 5 years of pertinent experience with certifications relevant to the functional role.
• Secret clearance is required; must possess clearance to begin employment.
• Relevant certifications for the functional role, such as Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert.
• 6–8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; each year of work experience may replace a year of required education.
• Proficiency in designing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint sites, workflows, libraries, permissions, and collaborative tools.
• Understanding of information access, version control, routing, and team collaboration through customized SharePoint solutions.
