SharePoint Content Manager, Active TS Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of CNIC’s SharePoint Online (SPO) enterprise by engaging in content cleanup, site migrations, page/site updates, user support, permissions, and daily content administration.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for CNIC SharePoint Online environments, aiding stakeholders in transitioning legacy content, constructing modern SharePoint pages, and ensuring uniformity and usability across CNIC SPO sites.

• Contribute to overarching modernization efforts by facilitating the transition of legacy content to contemporary SPO designs.

• Work in collaboration with technical teams when content or configuration modifications impact site functionality.

• Resolve issues related to account re-enablement, access difficulties, and user support inquiries.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in SharePoint content administration, site management, or a related field.

• Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret clearance.

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online / M365 SPO Site Collection Administration.

• Experience in creating modern pages, lists, libraries, web parts, and navigation.

• Skills in content cleanup, content migration, and structural re-organization.

• Knowledge of permissions, groups, and role-based access.

• Ability to troubleshoot user issues related to accounts, permissions, and access.

• Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - Security+ CE.

• Education: BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related IT field.
