This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Perform exports of SharePoint library inventories and assist with extensive content classification efforts.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during sessions focused on document classification and governance reviews.
• Conduct archival, cleanup, and organization of content within structured SharePoint environments.
• Set up SharePoint content types, indexed columns, and views in accordance with established architectural standards and governance guidelines.
• Facilitate migration and reorganization tasks for large document environments.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows for governance reporting, scheduled alerts, and operational insights.
• Write and update Content Governance Guides and relevant operational documentation.
• Ensure that document organization and classification tasks are carried out accurately and consistently in line with governance standards.
• Assist with high-volume operational execution tasks while adhering to established governance frameworks.
• Maintain disciplined execution, effective documentation practices, and a keen attention to detail throughout governance and migration efforts.
• 2–4 years of experience utilizing SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365 enterprise settings.
• Practical experience in administering SharePoint Online environments.
• Extensive experience in managing SharePoint Online libraries, content types, views, permissions, metadata structures, and indexed columns.
• Experience in supporting initiatives related to document migration, content reorganization, archival, cleanup, or governance.
• Familiarity with Power Automate fundamentals, including scheduled workflows, email notifications, and basic workflow automation.
• Proficiency in using PnP PowerShell or similar scripting tools for inventory exports, migration assistance, and administrative tasks.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
