SFMC to Braze Migration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess and confirm the proposed migration strategy, scope, effort estimates, and delivery plan for transitioning from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.

• Create a comprehensive migration roadmap that includes data, audience lists, campaign logic, workflows, configurations, integrations, and testing protocols.

• Provide expert guidance to the client's technical team throughout the complete migration process, ensuring effective implementation.

• Translate existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation logic, and messaging programs into the Braze platform.

• Recognize technical dependencies, migration risks, data issues, and gaps before they impact project delivery.

• Verify migrated data, configurations, campaigns, and workflows to ensure they are accurate, complete, and ready for launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Braze for customer engagement or lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation, data structures, and campaign logic.

• Strong expertise in Braze architecture, data models, audience management, campaign orchestration, and integrations.

• Capability to independently lead a migration and effectively guide both technical and client stakeholders through the process.

• Braze certifications are highly preferred and will be a significant factor in the selection process.

• Availability during US Central time business hours.
