This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Work on three main fronts: reactivation of the existing database, handling and initial filtering of new inquiries, and optional self-prospecting.
• Manage conversations via WhatsApp and CRM.
• Reactivate existing contacts.
• Respond to new inquiries promptly.
• Conduct qualification questions.
• Identify viable cases and assess payment capabilities.
• Record information in the CRM.
• Coordinate referrals to the lawyer.
• Follow up on commercial leads.
• Report on management metrics.
• Secondary education completed.
• Experience in closing sales (mandatory).
• Ability to handle a high volume of conversations.
• Must be persistent, quick, and solution-oriented.
• Possess empathy and containment skills.
• Comfortable working on a commission basis.
• Remote and flexible work environment.
• Autonomy in daily management.
• Initial training provided.
• 100% results-oriented framework.
• High commissions on collected sales (high-value services, referenced in dollars).
• Excellent income potential (no cap).
