Servicetechniker im Außendienst – Rostock

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.

• Service-oriented consultation for our heating industry clients, both over the phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assistance to colleagues in the technical field service within the broader area of your assignment.

• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a systems mechanic in HVAC, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, ideally with further qualifications as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, such as in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Holder of the refrigeration certificate Category 1, with the additional Category 2 certificate being advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of Class B.

• Good command of the German language in both spoken and written form.
