Servicetechniker im Außendienst – Region Karlsruhe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.

• Providing service-oriented advice to our heating trade customers both over the phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call duties with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a system mechanic for HVAC, refrigeration technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, ideally with further training as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate; a Category 2 refrigeration certificate is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of Class B.

• Good German language skills in both spoken and written form.
