Servicetechniker im Außendienst – Region Freiburg, Schwarzwald

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer locations and for system operators.

• Service-oriented consultation for our clients from heating businesses, both over the phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support for your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended area of your operational territory.

• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for HVAC, refrigeration mechanic, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, with ideally a further qualification as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Holder of the refrigerant certificate category 1; additionally, category 2 refrigerant certificate is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license class B.

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
