Servicetechniker im Außendienst – Region Frankfurt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance for our oil and gas systems at customer sites and plant operators.

• Customer-oriented consultation for heating companies, both via phone and on-site, to ensure our customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in technical field service within an extended radius of your deployment area.

• Taking on on-call duties with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a plant mechanic in SHK, refrigeration technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of refrigerant certificate category 1, with category 2 being advantageous.

• Valid driver's license class B.

• Good command of German, both spoken and written.

• Desirable: Experience in the field of large burners, ideally also with third-party brands.
