This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of IT and cash register systems as well as e-health solutions on-site in pharmacies, medical practices, and retail environments.
• Execution of service operations according to established processes and checklists.
• Documentation of work using digital checklists on a tablet provided by us.
• Assistance with error analysis and resolution both on-site and via remote support.
• Integration of hardware and software components into existing IT environments as per specifications.
• Completed technical training or comparable qualification – career changers with a strong technical affinity and willingness to learn are also welcome.
• Initial practical experience in the technical support of POS systems (cash registers), medical IT systems, or similar devices is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and network technology.
• You are customer-oriented, self-reliant, and willing to travel within the regional deployment area (approximately 150 km radius around your residence).
• Class B driver's license.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level).
• Friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team.
• Continuous support from our central technical support team – you are never alone during your assignments.

• As a field technician, your travel time for customer visits is considered working time.
