Servicetechniker im Außendienst – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for plant operators.

• Service-oriented consultation for our heating industry clients both over the phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support for your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a system mechanic in HVAC, a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, an electronics technician for energy and building technology, or as an electrician/electrical installer, ideally with further training as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Holder of a refrigeration certificate category 1; an additional refrigeration certificate category 2 is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of class B.

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
