Service Technician – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Carry out the commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and with system operators.

• Offer service-focused guidance to our clients from heating companies via phone and in-person to ensure their satisfaction.

• Assist colleagues in technical field service across the broader area of your assignment.

• Take on on-call responsibilities to provide prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant area such as SHK systems mechanic (sanitary/heating/air-conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer; preferably with further qualifications as a master craftsman or technician.

• Professional background in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC.

• Possession of an F-gas/refrigeration certificate (Category 1); Category 2 is an asset.

• Valid driver's license (Class B).

• Proficient written and spoken German.
