Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to fire department clients.

• Clean, maintain, and repair breathing apparatus and compressor systems.

• Service and repair hydraulic extrication tools.

• Arrange customer appointments and assess their needs, products, and services.

• Conduct regular in-person presentations and demonstrations for customers.

• Professionally showcase company products and services.

• Share product and service information with clients.

• Generate and cultivate new sales opportunities.

• Keep current with product knowledge, procedures, services, and tools.

• Travel frequently and for extended periods away from home.

• Work long hours as required.

• Handle administrative tasks, including monthly expense and mileage reporting.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to King County, WA.

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams.

• Working knowledge of fundamental electrical theory.

• Mechanically inclined and technically proficient.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Capable of safely lifting and handling equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience in a sales or marketing-related role.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

• Strong work ethic is essential.

• Proven attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated sound judgment and a high level of integrity.

• Maintain an excellent driving record that meets insurance provider standards.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and for extended periods.

• Ability to sustain long working hours.
