This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist Our Premier Clients: Act as the primary contact for a select group of essential partners. Address escalations and assist in resolving their most complex challenges.

• Monitor Progress: Oversee ongoing cases in our CRM to ensure nothing remains unresolved. Intervene promptly if any issues arise.

• Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and check in to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

• Analyze Performance: Utilize tools such as Tableau and SQL to track service metrics and create reports.

• Advocate for Clients: Participate in client meetings, understand their needs, and ensure their perspectives are represented internally.

• Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside operations, support, and technical teams to enhance service quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English and Malay – fluent spoken and written communication is required.

• Familiarity with Tools: Comfortable using data and tools such as CRM systems and dashboards.

• Quick Adaptability: Ability to learn new information swiftly and maintain a results-oriented focus.

• Strong Multi-Tasking Skills: Capable of managing several tasks simultaneously and handling stress effectively.

• Empathetic Nature: A strong sense of empathy is crucial.

• Experience in the Travel Industry: Background in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operations is beneficial! Experience in account or service management (B2B is a plus!)
