This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Receive, assess, and document technical requests for our DXR solutions
• Conduct remote diagnostics to effectively resolve incidents
• Establish and oversee Work Orders while maintaining clear communication with customers
• Address complaints and manage safety-related escalations
• Aid in knowledge development by authoring knowledge base articles
• Strong customer-centric approach ("Customer First")
• Exceptional written communication abilities and advanced skills in technical documentation
• Robust analytical capabilities and proficiency in remote problem-solving
• A minimum of three years' experience in an engineering, medical, or scientific setting
• Previous experience in a position involving direct and continuous customer interaction
