This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments while ensuring their qualification as per contractual obligations.
• Provide user support and conduct training sessions.
• Manage software and hardware updates, meticulously documenting all modifications.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Adhere to established procedures for your interventions and work on developing new ones.
• Actively engage in enhancing customer success and satisfaction.
• Regularly report your activities utilizing the provided tools.
• Contribute to the commercial growth of the Service.
• A minimum of a 2–3 year degree (e.g., Associate’s or short-cycle Bachelor’s) in Biology (biochemistry, biotechnology), Electronics/Electrotechnics, or Physical Measurements, or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated laboratory experience (academic, pharmaceutical, research, etc.) with a strong troubleshooting approach.
• Proven track record in maintenance (both preventive and/or corrective).
• Experience and/or knowledge of robotic or automated systems, such as fluorescence screening robotic platforms, pipetting robots/automated liquid handlers, DNA extractors, and plate readers.
• Proficient with IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.).
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and meticulous, possessing strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a professional command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Regular travel to client locations.
• Training for users.
• Maintenance and qualification of instruments.
