This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Develops and executes a support strategy for customers in collaboration with cross-functional teams and the customer maintenance group, aiming to minimize equipment downtime and maintenance expenses.
• Conducts system installations, preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofitting, training, and troubleshooting.
• Identifies service issues and takes responsibility for resolving them until completion.
• Delivers technical expertise and value to clients.
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding the system.
• Offers hardware development and consultation services.
• More experienced positions may contribute recommendations and insights for the development of next-generation products.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience collaborating with customers in the semi-test area is advantageous.
• Demonstrates a positive work attitude and a readiness to engage.
• Capable of working under pressure and adapting to ongoing changes in requirements.
• Testing or ATE experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience with handler/prober hardware docking integration is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel for business as project demands dictate.
• ATE experience with on-site support at OSAT facilities is a plus.
