Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• You will support the commercial team in technical visits, service program execution, and the development of new opportunities.

• You will conduct on-site audits, system evaluations, and technical diagnostics.

• You will manage chemical supply programs, ensuring availability and performance.

• You will identify issues and lead technical solutions with a focus on reliability and results.

• You will document customer value and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (graduate or intern).

• 3–5 years of experience in water treatment (reverse osmosis, cooling towers, etc.).

• Experience in system operations, inventory control, and industrial processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
