Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical troubleshooting assistance to installers and other clients through phone or digital channels.

• Offer commissioning support, either remotely or on-site.

• Collaborate actively with both international and local colleagues/departments to effectively address customer concerns.

• Organize and manage the logistics for dispatching inverters for replacement and aid in the retrieval of inverters.

• Assist in the qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all pertinent case information using CRM software.

• Conduct training sessions for customers or internal staff.

• Consistently identify opportunities to enhance products and processes to boost customer satisfaction and improve company cost-effectiveness.

• Regularly gather feedback, including customer satisfaction, to support the ongoing improvement of the after-sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in technical fields, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or related disciplines.

• Business proficiency in both Italian and English.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the technical specifications for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers in distribution and/or utility scale sectors, including product specifications, grid code requirements, and competitive landscape.

• Ability to work independently and remain focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Quick learner with a strong desire to expand knowledge in the renewable energy sector.

• Previous work experience in a PV-related industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
