Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding technical support through remote diagnostics and on-site assistance to both internal and external clients.

• Employ remote access technologies to provide aid to healthcare customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.

• Offer advanced support to Nordic clients, particularly focusing on Denmark.

• Promote collaboration with customers and within Philips, while executing necessary security updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education in medical technology.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in medical technology, especially in imaging systems and X-ray.

• Proven experience in delivering technical remote support.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities and logical reasoning skills.

• Effective communication skills with teams and clients in both Danish and English; proficiency in additional Nordic languages is a plus.
