Service Delivery Automation Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with service delivery teams to discover automation potential within operational and support processes.

• Evaluate existing delivery workflows and suggest automation strategies that minimize manual work, enhance consistency, and reduce operational risks.

• Create scalable automation frameworks that connect with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and ERP systems.

• Define designs for automation solutions utilizing suitable technologies, including workflow automation APIs, scripting, AI, and RPA where necessary.

• Direct the prioritization of the automation backlog and the definition of the roadmap.

• Coordinate with global teams to ensure automation initiatives conform to shared standards, architectures, and implementation patterns.

• Aid in consolidating automation efforts into a cohesive global strategy while accommodating regional delivery requirements.

• Assess automation initiatives based on their delivery impact, feasibility, and value.

• Offer architectural direction and support to Service Delivery Automation Engineers throughout the implementation process.

• Guarantee that automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and appropriate for reuse across various support processes and product lines.

• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for automation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in service delivery automation, process improvement, or enterprise systems architecture.

• Significant experience in analyzing service operations, support, or managed services workflows.

• Familiarity with enterprise IT service management platforms, particularly ServiceNow.

• Proficient knowledge of automation methodologies, including workflow automation, APIs, scripting, and RPA.

• Capability to translate operational requirements into clear and practical automation solution designs.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with both regional delivery teams and global stakeholders.
