This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management of quotations and orders related to conveyors and spare parts.
• Preparation and tracking of quotes and order confirmations.
• Coordination of shipping and customs processes in collaboration with both internal and external partners.
• Management of warranty claims, including organized documentation and consistent follow-up.
• Coordination with suppliers and proactive follow-up to ensure prompt resolution and processing.
• Providing internal customer support for conveyor systems, covering both technical and commercial aspects relevant to the role.
• Development and enhancement of proactive spare parts packages, including inventory alignment and active follow-up with customers.
• Ensuring a visible sales focus in the role through proactivity, follow-up, and package logic.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in conveyor systems, or a strong willingness to learn quickly combined with motivation to gain expertise.
• Significant experience in inside sales with a focus on quotations and order processing, coupled with systematic follow-up.
• Confidence in managing warranty and claims processes along with supplier communication and management.
• Proven reliability and ownership, with a proactive approach to driving tasks to completion, particularly follow-ups.
• Strong sales orientation within a service or aftermarket context, emphasizing proactive packages, customer engagement, and closing effectiveness.
