This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of a compelling vision for the Service Cloud ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategy, roadmap, and objectives.
• Lead the prioritization, grooming, upkeep, and overall health of the product backlog.
• Convert high-level strategic priorities into clear, actionable, and high-quality user stories and tasks for the engineering team.
• Work in close collaboration with global development teams to ensure timely and precise delivery.
• Engage in sprint planning and reviews.
• Provide timely clarifications and decisions to maintain an efficient development process.
• Collaborate with CX/UX to create intuitive user journeys.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs to gauge success and promote continuous improvement.
• Strategically partner with Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and IT.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 5 years of experience in product management or as a product owner.
• Demonstrated success as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in managing and scaling Salesforce Service Cloud (or a similar enterprise customer support application ecosystem).
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to influence, negotiate, and align priorities with senior business partners.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into developer-ready technical documentation.
• A strong passion for user experience and making data-driven decisions.
• Solid analytical skills, capable of defining, tracking, and reporting on product success metrics, KPIs, and user adoption.
