Senior LLM Engineer, RAG, AWS Bedrock

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and establish Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

• Create AI-driven chatbot experiences utilizing AWS Bedrock.

• Develop pipelines for data ingestion and retrieval from multiple sources.

• Design and refine embeddings as well as semantic search strategies.

• Construct scalable vector search solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval.

• Integrate both structured and unstructured data sources into AI workflows.

• Formulate prompt engineering strategies to enhance response quality and precision.

• Develop cloud-native AI services leveraging AWS.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance AI performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Regularly assess new AI technologies and best practices for enterprise LLM applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in Python development.

• Practical experience in developing Generative AI applications.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.

• Strong grasp of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.

• Experience in building scalable backend applications.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in Agile work environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
