This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Handle client inquiries through phone and electronic communication tools across various business lines.
• Utilize problem-solving abilities to assist participants with their needs.
• Leverage knowledge of industry standards, systems, processes, and available resources to deliver comprehensive and precise solutions.
• Act as a representative of Sentinel to participants, ensuring exceptional quality service.
• Build relationships as a liaison between participants and internal departments.

• A collaborative team player who is eager to learn continuously.

• Previous experience in participant-facing customer service is preferred.

• Preferred experience in benefits administration, human resources, investment services, or related fields.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
• Candidates must reside in Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
