Server Infrastructure Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the handling of all escalated incidents within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Serve as an expert resource for incidents and support requests related to the Linux stack.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and support of the Linux environment.

• Manage problem resolution in collaboration with third-party vendors.

• Engage in Problem Management processes.

• Provide support for the company's Linux infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud.

• Deliver operational administration and configuration support for highly available server environments.

• Implement new services in accordance with business requirements.

• Participate in integration projects to ensure that new and existing studios are updated to meet the latest infrastructure standards.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing processes and improving efficiency.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all system designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Deep understanding of Linux stack technologies, standards, and trends.

• Solid technical background with over 5 years of experience in Linux stack administration.

• Proficient knowledge of storage and server hardware, virtualization, and production environments.

• Advanced experience in building and troubleshooting Linux operating system environments.

• Strong technical expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, particularly Azure and AWS.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell/PowerShell, Bash, Python, and/or Git.

• Experience with Puppet and/or Ansible for configuration management.

• Familiarity with Docker.

• Experience in IT infrastructure migrations.

• Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure change management.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into technical requirements and resolving complex IT infrastructure challenges.

• Strong decision-making capabilities.

• In-depth understanding of dynamics and trends within the gaming industry, coupled with a passion for gaming.
