SEO Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the SEO strategy for client accounts, ensuring the strategy achieves measurable search performance.

• Collaborate with account managers and content specialists within a revenue-generating team.

• Bring strategic insights and a sense of ownership rather than merely executing tasks.

• Occasionally participate in client calls (not a core requirement, but a valuable addition).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven SEO specialist experience (approximately 5-7+ years, though we prioritize quality over quantity).

• Demonstrated progression in previous roles (e.g., from analyst to senior analyst, with a minimum of 2-2.5 years in each role, avoiding job-hopping).

• Excellent written communication skills - capable of articulating your reasoning and delving deep into the rationale behind your decisions.

• Clear spoken English (accent is not a concern).

• An ownership mentality and strategic mindset - someone who takes initiative rather than just following orders.

• Accountable, diligent, driven, and eager to learn and enhance skills.
