This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the product expert in Search Engine Optimization/Artificial Intelligence Optimization (SEO/AIO), possessing insights into both organic and local SEO, as well as understanding the impact of AI on the search landscape.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by serving as the intermediary between sales teams and third-party digital partners.

• Oversee the onboarding and continuous execution of SEO campaigns, ensuring timely and precise implementation by our digital partners, particularly for premier-level accounts.

• Ensure that any revisions to campaigns are thoroughly communicated to our digital partners and executed with complete accuracy.

• Resolve technical challenges that may delay the initiation of SEO campaigns, including issues related to access to a client’s CMS and Google platforms.

• Analyze SEO strategy documents and performance reports for Regional Sales Specialists and Premier Sales Specialists, collaborating with the Premier Sales team on strategy presentations.

• Develop materials for internal teams and prospective clients to clarify SEO concepts.

• Maintain established processes and best practices while providing leadership with suggestions for improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant field experience.

• Highly motivated individual who is proactive, can work independently, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and respond promptly to high-priority campaigns and escalations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across various departments.

• Willingness to learn about various digital order management and reporting platforms.

• Experience in managing SEO campaigns, with knowledge of the search landscape that includes AIO (AI optimization), GEO (generative engine optimization), AEO (answer engine optimization), and LLMO (large language model optimization).

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, and the most popular CMS platforms.

• Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, and Birdeye.
